Where is Pra Ceramics based?

Pra Ceramics is based in Cilandak, Jakarta, Indonesia. The studio operates privately from a home space — not open for public visits just yet.

Are your pieces one of a kind?

Yes — every piece from Pra Ceramics is one and only.

Each form, dot, and drop is shaped and glazed by hand, making no two pieces ever exactly the same. The variations are part of their story and charm.

What are the “drops” texture made of?

The drops are layers of glaze that naturally melt and flow during firing, creating a soft, tactile surface.

They are permanent and won’t come off — unless the piece falls hard or hits a sharp object with force. Each drop forms differently, making every texture truly unique.

Can I join a pottery class or workshop?

Not for now — the studio is focusing on production and glaze exploration. But we hope to open intimate sessions in the future, so keep an eye on our Instagram for updates.

The piece I wanted is sold out. Will it come back?

Most pieces are made in small batches and may not return once sold out.

You can message or email us to ask about pre-orders or possible recreations of certain designs.

How do I care for my Pra Ceramics?

All pieces are food-safe and designed for daily use. To keep them beautiful:

• Handwash gently with mild soap
• Avoid sudden temperature changes (like pouring boiling water into a cold mug)
• All mugs, bowls, and plates are microwave-safe
• Dishwashers can dull the glaze over time, so handwashing is best

Are the ceramics food safe?

Yes. Every glaze used in Pra Ceramics is non-toxic and lead-free, fired at high stoneware temperature to ensure durability and safety.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we occasionally open small-batch wholesale for selected stores or collaborations.

Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely. Custom colors, shapes, or glazes can be discussed.

When will my order be shipped?

Ready-stock orders ship within 1–4 business days.

For pre-orders or made-to-order items, please allow 3–6 weeks, depending on kiln capacity and quantity.

What delivery service do you use?

For Jakarta and nearby areas, we recommend GoSend for faster, safer, and more eco-friendly delivery.

For other cities, we ship using JNE REGULAR. 

Each piece is wrapped safely with bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

All items are carefully packed before shipping. Once handed over to the courier, any loss or damage must be claimed directly with the delivery provider.
